Come and join us for Thanksgiving Dinner and a 2-3 hour guided ride before dinner weather permitting.

10% discount for Military, Senior Citizens 65 and older, Back Country Horseman and MFTHBA Members for Camping only.

Primitive Camping
 No hook-ups – limited to 4 on site
 $10 per person

*Microwave, mini-frig, coffee fix-ins, towels and linens in all cabins.
*Maximum up to 4 guests in Cabins #1-3, and up to 5 guests in Cabin #4.

Cabins Rates:
$85 per night double occupancy
$10 each additional person
***Dogs - $10 per dog per night in cabin***

Clint Eastwood and Merle Haggard Cabins-3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, LR & Laundry

$175.00 per night for 4 people then $10.00 for each additional person, both sleep 6

Stall Rental
**All horses must be stalled**
*No picket lines, portable corrals, etc.
*Covered box stall - $10 per night per horse
*Shavings provided free of charge
*A $10 per stall charge will be added if we have to clean stall(s)
*Negative Coggins required and Certified Health Certificate if you are from out of state.

*Personal Trail Guide-$20.00 per hour
*Guided Trail Rides (Minimum of 2 riders required) riders must be 7 years old
*John Wayne Ride – 1 hour - $35
*Clint Eastwood Ride – 2 hours - $50
*Ben Johnson Ride – ½ day with lunch - $80
*William Cody Ride – All Day with lunch - $100
Rider weight limit for rental horses is 250 lbs.
**Lunch: sandwich, chips, granola bar, fruit & water

Overnight Pack Trips
Spend 2 days and 1 night on horseback exploring the Mark Twain National Forest. Includes horse, tent, your grub and a GREAT TIME!

What You Need To Know
*Meals will be served at: 8:00 a.m. for breakfast and 6:00 p.m. for dinner. Except for organized rides.
*Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday no meals served to parties under 10. (unless previous arrangements are made)
*Wi-Fi in the Main Lodge
*You will need to bring your own feed, hay and tack for your horse(s).
*It is advisable to bring a raincoat, rubber boots, and water bucket(s)
*We have a centrally located dump-station.
*All scheduled events are limited to registered guests only.
*Summer Season dates are May thru September
*Labor Day, Memorial Day, and 4th of July are considered holiday weekends.
*Dog owners will be held financially responsible for damage to Brushy Creek property.
*Dogs must remain on leash at all times.
*Rider weight limit for rental horses is 250 lbs.
*Shower/restroom facilities are equipped with mirrors, sinks, and electrical outlets.
*Beginning at 11:00 p.m. and continuing until 6:00 a.m. no loud noises or riding. Be mindful of your neighbors.
*Reservations are strongly suggested for all our services.
*We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit (minimum 1 night stay) for all reservations to be paid within 7 days of making the reservation. The balance is due at check out. only accepted by phone or letter. Do not cancel by email.
**Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to intended arrival forfeit your entire deposit.
**Deposits are non refundable**
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to your intended arrival remain active and can be applied to a future reservation for up to one (1) year from the original planned arrival date. One time transfer only. If you cannot attend the date you transferred your deposit to, you forfeit your deposit.
*All rates are subject to a 5.725% tax
